  • 200 grams of fresh egg noodles
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil

1. Cut the chicken breast into small chunks.
2. Prepare the pan with olive oil before adding and cooking the diced chicken breast.
3. Meanwhile, wash your hands then chop the peppers in to small chunks or strips.
4. Once the chicken is nearly cooked, add the peppers followed by the fresh egg noodles and soy sauce then stir for 2-3 minutes.
5. Once cooked, pour into a bowl and serve.
